HDPE sheets are a corrosion resistant material that delivers a higher impact strength and resistance to temperature extremes than Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). It has excellent tensile strength and resists abrasion and stress cracking. HDPE's superior chemical resistance is combined with excellent machinability, water/salt resistance, a low coefficient of friction and natural self lubrication properties. High Density Polyethylene fabricates easily for a variety of industrial applications including food processing, chemical and petroleum manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, tanning and conveyor construction.

All Sheets, Rolls and Coils are available in English and/or Metric Units.
High Density Polyethylene is not UV stabilized, but meets FDA standards. Its weather resistant surface won't wrinkle. High Density Polyethylene has a density of .95. and a working temperature of -60 to 295°F. Translucent in its natural form, HDPE sheets may be custom produced to match specific colors, thicknesses, sizes and finishes. It is screen printable. High density polyethylene is 100% recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly product.
New Process Fibre extrudes High Density Polyeythene in the following thicknesses and widths and can be made available in Sheets and Continuous Rolls and Coils to your specifications. Eight inch (8”) paper core is standard on full and trimmed rolls and on slit coils. Other sizes are available upon request such as 3” and 6” paper coils.
