Acetal Copolymer Sheets & Rolls
Acetal (POM) Copolymer is a synthetic plastic sheeting material that provides high strength and stiffness coupled with enhanced dimensional stability and ease of machining. A semi-crystalline material, Acetal is characterized by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties, especially in wet environments. Because of its high strength, modulus, and resistance to impact and fatigue, acetal is frequently used as a weight-saving metal replacement. It is FDA and NSF compliant for use in food processing applications.
New Process Fibre extrudes Acetal in the following thicknesses and widths and can be made available in various Colored Plastic Sheets, and Continuous Rolls and Coils to your specifications.
Eight inch (8”) paper core is standard on full and trimmed rolls and on slit coils. Other sizes are available upon request such as 3” and 6” paper coils.

Delrin® Homopolymer Sheets & Rolls
Delrin® is a unique formulation of Polyoxymethylene (POM) developed by DuPont™. This thermoplastic is a high-performance acetal homopolymer resin with numerous desirable physical, mechanical, and chemical properties.
It is especially renowned for its durability, stiffness, and dimensional stability. Delrin® components can operate in a wide temperature range, displaying exceptional toughness in temperatures as low as -50oC and as high as 90oC.
These attributes make Delrin® perfect for high impact and heavily loaded applications such as gears, bearings, pumps parts, and vehicle components. Washers, in particular, are subject to a range of demanding applications, making Delrin® the ideal material for washer construction.

Nylon 6 and Nylon 6 MDS Filled Sheets and Rolls
Also known as Polyamides, Nylons are strong, tough Thermoplastics having good impact, high tensile and flexural strengths from freezing temperatures up to 300 degrees F; excellent low-friction properties; and good electrical resistivity. They are wrinkle-proof and highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals such as Acids and Alkalis. Nylon filled with MDS, (Molybdenum disulfide has excellent wear resistant properties and physical properties about 20% higher than unfilled Nylons.

Nylon 6/6 and MDS Filled Sheets and Rolls

High Density Polyethylene Sheets and Rolls
HDPE sheets are a corrosion resistant material that delivers a higher impact strength and resistance to temperature extremes than Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). It has excellent tensile strength and resists abrasion and stress cracking. HDPE's superior chemical resistance is combined with excellent machinability, water/salt resistance, a low coefficient of friction and natural self lubrication properties. High Density Polyethylene fabricates easily for a variety of industrial applications including food processing, chemical and petroleum manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, tanning and conveyor construction.

High Density Polyethylene is not UV stabilized, but meets FDA standards. Its weather resistant surface won't wrinkle. High Density Polyethylene has a density of .95. and a working temperature of -60 to 295°F. Translucent in its natural form, HDPE sheets may be custom produced to match specific colors, thicknesses, sizes and finishes. It is screen printable. High density polyethylene is 100% recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly product.

Low Density Polyethylene Sheets and Rolls
Low Density Polyethylene Sheets are a corrosion resistant extruded material of highly branched Polyethylene prepared at very high pressures. Used extensively for films and packaging materials, Low Density Polyethylene exhibits a soft surface with low moisture permeability and tensile strength. It has good electric properties, a density of 0.91 to 0.94 and is easy to fabricate. The LPDE sheet is used in a variety of industries including Food Processing, Paper, Chemical, Petroleum, Pharmaceutical, Marine and Tanning.

Polypropylene Homopolymer and Copolymer and Flame Retardant Polypropylene Sheets and Rolls
(6)Polypropylene sheets offer a cost-effective alternative to HDPE and LDPE products, delivering an attractive combination of rigidity, impact resistance and flexibility. Often used as a crystal clear packaging material, its high melting point of 160°C (320°F) makes polypropylene practical for use in heat-processed food containers and medical applications that must withstand sterilization in an autoclave. It also enjoys wide use in graphic arts, packaging and construction applications.
