New Process Fibre has a large selection of conventional and high-speed punch presses coupled with a stock of more than 7,500 washer dies. We house over 75 punch presses of various tonnage, including 14 high-speed presses (pictured on the left of this page) which operate up to 400 strokes per minute. We punch from both strip and coil stock.

Customers can select from a wide variety of materials such as Acetal, ABS, Delrin®, Epoxy Glass, Fish Paper, Mylar®, Nomex®, Nylatron®, Nylon MDS, Nylon 6 and Nylon 6/6, PEEK®, Phenolic, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Teflon™ PTFE, PVC, UHMW, Ultem®, Vulcanized Fibre, and many more.

A large array of colors and/or color matching are available on certain materials. Standard colors available are red, green, blue, yellow, black, orange, and white. Minimum quantities may apply for special colors.

At New Process Fibre, we:
  • Accept CAD files
  • Accommodate prototyping using steel rule dies for die cutting, in addition to both short and high run stamping (400 strokes per minute)
  • Work with compound dies, custom dies, and progressive stampings
  • Confidently achieve critical tolerances, including those on parts as quoted or in adherence to particular customer specifications
  • Accommodate thicknesses ranging from 0.005" to 0.250"
  • Form parts from as small as 0.093" in diameter to as large as 24" square
  • Offer Life of Program Tooling, a partial tooling charge for all hard tooling ensures FREE maintenance of your tooled part design for the life of your program
  • Offer stamped parts in English and/or metric units
  • Provide PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) as requested
  • Provide Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) on custom parts
