New Process Fibre is an ISO 9001:2008 registered manufacturer with Slitting and Shearing capabilities to form Rolls, Coils, Strips  and Sheets from a vast array of Non-Metallic materials.

We have a large variety of materials to choose from Vulcanized Fibre, Acetal, Delrin®, Fish Paper, Mylar®, Nomex®, Nylatron®, Nylon MDS, Nylon 6 and Nylon 6/6, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PTFE (Teflon®), PEEK®, PVC, UHMW, Ultem® and much more.

We can also shear NEMA grade materials such as Epoxy Glass, Linen and Canvas Phenolic, and Glass Polyester laminates.

  • Thickness ranges from 0.005” to 0.250” in standard and custom colors
  • In width up to 38” untrimmed or slit to width as low as 0.500”
  • Standard 3” and 8” paper cores are offered, but other sizes are available upon request
  • Materials available; GPO, HDPE, LDPE, Nylon, Acetyl, Polypropylene, G-10, FR-4 and Paper Phenolic
