New Process Fibre is an ISO 9001:2015 registered manufacturer with slitting and shearing capabilities to form rolls, coils, strips and sheets from a vast array of non-metallic materials.

We have a large variety of materials to choose from Vulcanized Fibre, Acetal, Delrin®, Fish Paper, Mylar®, Nomex®, Nylatron®, Nylon MDS, Nylon 6 and Nylon 6/6, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Teflon™ PTFE, PEEK®, PVC, UHMW, Ultem® and much more.

We can also shear NEMA grade materials such as epoxy glass, linen and canvas phenolic, and glass polyester laminates.

• Available thicknesses range from 0.005" to 0.250" in standard and custom colors
• Available widths range from as low as 0.500" slit up to 38" untrimmed
• Offer standard 3" and 8" paper cores, with additional sizes available upon request
