Our name reflects the fact that Vulcanized Fibre has been at the heart of New Process Fibre since our founding in 1927. It is still a significant part of our business today, both in the creation of stamped Vulcanized Fibre components and through the sale of Vulcanized Fibre Sheets, Coils and Roll stock. Vulcanized Fibre is a chemically pure Cellulose material which remains popular due to many valuable attributes.
Standard Colors available are Red, Black, White and Grey. Additional colors available upon request.

New Process Fibre is an ISO 9001:2008 Non-Metallic stamping company with in-house capabilities to extrude High Density Polyeythlene and Low Density Polyethylene, Acetyl Copolymer, Polypropylene Homo and Co-polymer and Fire Retardant Thermoplastics as well as Nylon 6, 6/6 and MDS into sheets, strips, rolls and coils in a variety of thicknesses and colors. We stamp custom components for our own thermoplastics, as well as a large array of industry standard thermoplastic materials as seen in the list below.

NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) designated laminates are unclad materials comprised of different resin systems, some incorporating woven glass weave, non-woven and some none at all. Each laminate exhibits unique electrical, mechanical and chemical performance characteristics and have specific uses based on these criteria. These laminates fabricated into components by New Process Fibre have a variety of uses in the Aerospace, Automotive, Electronic, Industrial and Petroleum Industries.
