Acetal Copolymer is a synthetic sheeting material that provides high strength and stiffness coupled with enhanced dimensional stability. Because of its high strength, modulus, and resistance to impact and fatigue, Acetal Copolymer is frequently used as a weight-saving metal replacement.

Epoxy Glass Flat Washers or Epoxy Glass Spacers are stamped from NEMA grade laminates such as GPO-1, GPO-2, GPO-3, G-7, G-9, G-10 and G-11. Similar fire retardant laminates such as FR-4 and FR-5 can be used. All of these grades exhibit excellent mechanical strength, flexural and impact strength properties. Epoxy Glass Washers or Spacers also yield very good electrical properties in dry and humid conditions.

Fish-Paper Flat Washers or Spacers is a great choice application because they are strong, flexible, and made from fibrous dielectric paper. Fish-Paper Flat Washers or Spacers are resistant to moderate heat and mechanical injury. Fish-Paper Flat Washers are hygroscopic and must be treated with paraffin for use in moist environments. Some Fish-Paper incorporate mica layers to increase the dielectric strength while still giving good mechanical strength.
