New Process Fibre Fender Washers are Flat Washers with a particularly large outer diameter in proporation to its central hole diameter. They are commonly used to spread the load on thin sheet metal and are named after their use on automotive fenders. Fender Washers can also be used to make a connection to a hole that has been enlarged by rust or wear. Generally a Washer with an outer diameter more than three times the inner diameter is called a Fender Washer.
We possess over 8,000 Washer dies, so we can meet most of your requirements in a little as 1 week or less. We can fabricate Washers with outside diameters from 0.093" to a maximum of 12.000" and thicknesses from 0.005" to 0.187" and quantities from 1 into the millions per order.
